The BPS Five Ways

At Bangalow Public School, we have five learning dispositions- Adventurous, Connected, Driven, Perseverant and Reflective. These are the attitudes, and characteristic behaviors that shape how a student approaches learning at Bangalow Public School.

I am adventurous when I'm creative, courageous and when I try new things, even if they are daunting.

Connected: Way of Being

I connect the links between myself, others and the world.

Driven: Way of Doing

I am motivated and excited to learn. I want to be the best I can be.

Perseverant: Way of Achieving

I am determined and persist when I face challenges and see these as opportunities to grow.

Reflective: Way of Growing

I take time to reflect on my learning and the ways I learn to take action towards improvement and achievement.
